RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 15 days from the purchase date to return the item(s).
All merchandise must be unused and in the same condition it was received.

All items are in perfect condition and in the original packaging

Any safety seals are not damaged and all labels are retained
Customer is responsible for shipping charges when returning merchandise.

You must get in contact with us before sending any return packages to ensure the right procedure for a return is carried out.

Please include the following in the return package:
1. Items you are returning
2. Order number and invoice.
3. Note on the invoice claiming it is for return purposes.
To Exchange:
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. Please follow the above instructions for a return, then you will need to go back to towlife.co.uk and place a new order.

SHIPPING
We usually will aim to deliver your items within 7 working days. Smaller items may be delivered within a next day period if they are ordered before 12:00AM however please note that your items may take longer to deliver due to strikes, couriers not collecting on time, couriers sending to wrong sorting locations or losing parcels all together within their warehouses. We appreciate your patience if and when this does occur, it is not something that is within our control and we will work hard to contact the couriers service to get your parcel on track to it's destination.
